Russetfur stretched out in his nest. He looked around the den before rising into a sitting position and bringing his front right paw to his jaw and giving it a quick lick. He then swiped the paw over his ears. With a last stretch, Russetfur stood and padded out of the warriors den. He glanced around in search of Whisperpaw so that he could take his apprentice out training, however he did not spot the apprentice.

Dovepelt groomed her fur as she sat by the fresh-kill pile in camp. She yawned before taking two mice from the top of the fresh-kill pile, one for her and one for her den mate and fellow Queen, Honeysong. She carried the mice back to the nursery and made her way inside before laying one mouse by her nest and taking the other over to Honeysong. "I brought you a mouse." she mewed cheerfully.

Whisperpaw quickly came out of the apprentice den, "shoot I over sleep" she scolded herself, and made her way over to russetfur.

Paintedwind shivered a bit against the winter wind but soon exited out to hunt for the clan.

"Sorry, Moonheart," Firestorm meowed.

"Thank you," Honeysong meowed then purred happily, taking the mouse politely. She started to nibble on it.

Russetfur turned his attention to Whisperpaw when he noticed the apprentice approach. "Good morning, Whisperpaw." he greeted with a slight smile. He wondered whether to take Whisperpaw out hunting, or to do some battle training. Undecided, he flicked his tail and glanced around camp. He'd give his apprentice the choice. "Would you like to hunt or practice your battle moves today?" he asked, resting his gaze on the young she-cat.

Dovepelt nodded, "You're welcome." she replied before returning to her own nest. She lay in the centre of the moss before clamping her jaws around the mouse and bringing it closer. She dropped the mouse between her paws before she began to eat the mouse, thankful to finally eat some fresh-kill after a restless night.

Whisperpaw thought. She knew she had to practice her moves but she wanted to explore more if the territory. She stared at the ground and played with an ant until she made her choice. Her curiosity got the best of her and decided she wanted to go hunting. She turned to look at russetfur and in a soft voice she said ," hunting, please".

Viperwings walked around the clan bored, he gave himself a small cleaning and layed down on the soft dirt looking at what the others were doing. 'looks like everyone is busy' he thought to himself.

Paintedwind walked against the fierce winter breeze, trying to find if there are any stray critters that decided to come out of their burrows. Lucky enough she was able to find a stray plump sparrow that was knocked out from the harsh wind. Paintedwind gave the bird small life stopping bite so then it won't die freezing, and started to carry it back to the clan
