Silverfeather lay exhausted in her nest, but purred all the same. She wrapped her tail around the tiny kits, and fell into a sound sleep.

Moonkit craned his neck to stare into Silverfeather's nest. "They are so small! How will they play at all?" He complained.

Thornkit peered over"We'll never get to play with them!"he whined sadly

frostpaw padded to the nursery to see how everything was going and sat in the entrence and purred
