Yes they do, When ether one of them find a mate and do have kits i wanna be the one to design the kits xD
You can either rp and find him a mate that way, Breed him with any random sima or look though all the simas and ask the owners of the ones you think are just right... No matter who you pick to be his mate im sure he have great kits then you can just pick a new mate for him next time he can breed.

I think that I will do roleplaying for him, that way I'm able to build his character! I like doing that better anyways, because finding a random Sima takes work to find her and then to get permission and all of that, but in an RP the person is already there and stuff =)
