Damien rolled onto his back. He heaved a sigh.

Aeonus stopped moving when be saw Lily starting to wake. He shot a glare at the guard.

Ametrine sighed quietly, still hugging Missa.

Aine watched curiously, not sure whether she should be looking away. Aine shivered. She noticed the stone and knife she had dropped in her sleep a little ways off and picked them up. Eyeing the knife's edge, she drew it's blade across the whetstone once more.

Damien sighed again and slowly opened his eyes.

Lily woke and she looked at Aeonus.

Missa finally quit crying.

Aine continued sharpening her knife on the stone, not noticing Damien, until she picked it up and ran her finger along it's edge again. It was sharp enough now to slice skin like butter. She wiped the blood off on her tunic, adding yet another stain to the many it bore.

Aeonus looked at Lily and smiled sheepishly. "Sorry," he whispered.

Ametrine let out a sigh as she looked at Missa.

'Its alright' Lily smiled.

Missa moved to Ametrine's lap.

Aeonus smiled a little and the guard cleared his throat. "I'm coming." Aeonus growled, looking over his shoulder.

Ametrine held Missa, letting her climb into her lap.

Lily sighed before she moved off of Aeonus.

Missa looked at Ametrine. The swelling had got down just a bit, but she still kept rubbing them.
