"Well, not really -or at least not yet," Tamby said, frowning. "But I can do this." She reached into the little backpack she carried around, pulling out her water bottle. "It isn't full, but there should be enough," she smiled, holding out the bottle for him to take. She sat down cross-legged on the ground, tired as well.

((I think Kenna can help here :3))
Kenna noticed someone making there way through the field, recognizing her as a nurse. She barely looked like she had any protection and had just nearly gotten herself blown up. Noticing another explosion about to go off next to the girl, she banked and headed that way. Soaring down, the phoenix landed beside her and shielded her with a wing, not being damaged because she herself was fire. "Need some help?" the large bird asked, her soft voice unusually loud in order to be heard over the battle.

((Naomi isn't a nurse, bt she does heal-mostly pain killer type stuff. :P))

Without a word of thanks, which could be partially due to Saranu's desperation and largely to his horrible manners, snatched the bottle from Tamby's small hands and had drained every last drop of water before pausing to breath again. "Whew. Better, I guess." He glanced around at the non-fighters, trying to see if any of them might be able to create water or were perhaps carrying some.

Naomi glanced at Kenna's wing and was surprised to see the phoenix hadn't been struck with any shrapnel or other residue from the explosion. Unless it was an entirely magical fire, that was quite lucky. "Uh, yeah, sorta. My shield's totally ruined already, and there's still about a hundred people I've got to help." This was, of course, a slight exaggeration- though only slight, considering Naomi was required by that stupid oath she took to numb the pain of any dying or injured cops she might come across, not just the students. "Thanks for that, by the way. Name's Naomi, you?"

((Hey, Midnight, I just remembered something. I know this is completely random, but remember when Ryan thought we said "teenage squirrels" that one day?))

All calculating thoughts or strategies he would have had was gone. Instinct was taking over, and he was going primal with the increasing thrill of killing. He didn't hunt or kill like that before, and he was getting pumped with how his prey was acting. Jason felt invincible when Trevor stumbled back, proud when Jason almost had him in his grip, and startled when he was shot a few times. The bullets narrowly missed his head, taking off his left ear and grazing his left arm and shoulder. With Trevor so close to dying by Jason's hand, he didn't stop moving towards the Alchemist. The blood will help him fight...

His shoulders were tense, and his legs wobbling with exhaustion and a hint of fear. He was afraid of being taken down, and he was really grateful that the girl was here. Chase didn't want to imagine the possibilities that could happen without her. "I'm okay," He choked out, swallowing away his stress about everyone else. With his tail up, he looked from side to side and then turned to her. "How about you?"

Piper looked around her after she noticed that Saranu was dehydrating, and she found an abandened backpack. The poor person panicked and probably left it behind without thinking. As she dug around, she happened to find a Vitamin water and some food. Grabbing the beverage, she hurried over to Saranu. "Here!" She told him, as she handed him a drink. "Do you need any more?" She asked him, concern on her face. He was their hope to hold it up while people were escaping. "Or anything else...?" The seer bit her lower lip, surpressing the feeling in her blood that urged her to run for her life like the others.

((I'll continue with Zarek and Leonor as soon as someone else replies. My eyes are hurting and I can't keep typing... DX))

((Instead of teenage girls. xD Yeah, that was weird...))

For a moment Trevor panicked- convinced he was going to die, nearly out of bullets and unable to stand steadily as he was, but then he thought of Christina. Had she been in the same situation as him-waiting helplessly for this vampire to attack and kill her? The thought angered him further, and the red haired man raised his gun and aimed it at Jason's forehead, firing rapidly with as much aim as he could, considering he could hardly see straight. Let him come, better than trying to shoot a farther target, or use a glyph on someone he couldn't mark...

Saranu didn't answer for awhile; the moment Piper had offered him the items he had snatched them from her hands -shockingly smaller than his own- and was occupied with the task of devouring the entire meal fast enough that he was sure he would have a stomach ache later, but was too hungry and thirsty to care. He hadn't been so exhausted in a long time, usually nothing wore him out and the feeling was not a good one. The kind of need for food and drink that came after a task like that one was a different kind than simply going awhile without eating or drinking brought on. Yes, because of his size he was usually pretty hungry, but this kind of hunger was more than just a slight gnawing at his belly. "No more." Saranu said, finally answering Piper after what must have been at the very least five minutes. "You talk to dead people, don't you? Lots of people seem to find you almost as hard to be around as me." He had noticed how tense she was, how eager to run, and wasn't about to miss the chance to remind the girl that people found seers very off-putting. In fact, many students had been overheard in his classes inventing stories about how she sacrificed her fellow students to the Greek gods or how she kept a shrunken head in her closet. Stupid stories, but so were the people he'd heard telling them- nobody of much consequence, though he spotted one or two of the ditzy nymphs in the far corner of the refuge and indicated them with a slight wave of his hand as if to tell Piper who he referred to.

Erin noticed his complete exhaustion, and the way his legs shook. He wasn't going to last much longer fighting at the rate he was going, but what could she do for him other than stick by his side? "I'm all good. Tell me when you can't fight anymore, I'll help you get somewhere safe," she said uneasily, figuring since he was a guy he would probably try and fight till he literally collapsed.

((I fail at knowing whether people should get hurt DX))
Kenna noticed Naomi glance at her wing, and looked down in surprise to find that a few bits of the scrapmetal had, indeed, scraped up her wing. Flying would be harder now, not impossible, but she figured it was better a few scrapes to her wing than to the smaller person. "No problem," she said, the fight's adrenaline keeping any pain that might have brought at bay for the time being. "I'm Kenna. Lead the way, I'll try and help however I can," she offered.

Tamby watched in slight amusement as the guy practically inhaled everything Piper handed him. She listened quietly as he talked to Piper, content with just resting and listening where she was.

The death was quick for Jason. There were no dramatic last words and he had no second thoughts on life. At least, he didn't have the time to think of second thoughts. There were clean bullet shots in the head, and he fell over, seeing black. On the vampires face, was the fierce expression of a vampire in the heat of battle, with the twitch of surprise.

((Finally got rid of a character... Sorry Froggi!))

Twisting in order to get him, Leonor flailed with his paws, trying to scratch Zarek. When he landed, he noticed the webs surrounding him, and tried to escape his fate in the webs. "You know, I never really liked spiders," He growled under his breathe, trying to run away. "Not like your cops are doing any justice!" He shouted as he dodged.

"Don't bother with me, just keep yourself safe!" Chase called to Erin over his shoulder, "I'll live." Some how, he knew that he will certainly live in this battle. Whether it was if the world either would want this precious being to live in order to amuse God or just because Shade and him couldn't live without each other; Chase would never know. However, he had to fight for his life or for someone else. He turned to look at Erin for what seemed like forever, then he asked, "Tag team?" It was hard to say, but Shade wasn't there to team up with him and be bad-ass.

When Piper heard the stories, it almost calmed her down despite Saranu was holding a roof. "Really?" She laughed a little. Hearing about gossips made by stupid people were funny, and apparently, they make people feel a little better in weird times, too. When he motioned to the Nymphs, Piper called out to them, "Keep moving! You all have to get out of here!" As they left, she snickered to their backs. "Yeah, I get what you mean," She told Saranu, smiling slightly. Looking over to Tamby, Piper asked her, "Do you want to keep looking for stuff for Saranu with me?"

((D': No! Not Jason! </3
By the way, Midnight, does Vera ever come on anymore? I just remembered the Band RP and thought it would be cool to pick back up because I wanted Gwen and Asche to get together (although knowing you that might not be able to happen X3), but if Vera's never on it'd be pretty hard...))

Erin tsked slightly at him before sighing, turning back to who she was fighting but keeping a close eye on him. Her ears perked as he addressed her again, tag team floating to her ears. She grinned, a cheery "sure!" her response as she kicked her opponent hard where the sun don't shine before dashing to Chase's side.

"Sure," the young angel responded, getting up and following the older girl. She peeked under big rocks balancing dangerously with space underneath, kicking her foot slightly in the rubble in search of anything. She found a couple abandoned backpacks in a group -probably from a group of silly girls who had panicked, screamed, and dropped their stuff while running. She dug through them, finding a few energy bars, two water bottles, and a lot of makeup.
Yup, definitely silly girls.
"I found more water and a few bars," she told Piper, gathering the stuff and putting it in her backpack while they kept looking.

((... Crap, how's Tori going to react? o.o I didn't think of that.
By the way, Veraway hasn't been on in MONTHS. DX For christs sake, I hope she didn't die or anything...))

"Right! Kittie powers, unite!" Chase shouted, trying to sound as serious as he could, even though it was the lightest thing he said since the beginning of the battle. He was to the side of her, but facing the opposite direction of her. He had several wounds from when he was caught off guard. The lion hybrid was determined to face them all off. At some point, it seemed like he was put on auto-pilot; slash, drag, bite, slash, drag, bite, bite, slash, shove, bite. It seemed like it was never going to end.

The seer looked over at the tiny angel and smiled, "Great! I found some sandwhiches." Putting them in the bag also, she noticed that the bag all ready seemed full. "I hope Saranu will be okay with what we have for him," She added as she placed milk cartons in the full bag.

((Dude, this sucks for Tori. :/ Sorry Froggi! Yeah, she hasn't been on in FOREVER. I miss the badn RP...))

Trevor didn't feel a glow of triumph or any sense of relief when he saw Jason fall, just further panic. He was glad he had killed the vampire, but he could barely see straight and was feeling more lightheaded than he usually did after drinking vodka on an empty stomach, which was not a good sign. He needed one of the other cops, and fast, or he would be left for dead on the field after passing out. Luckily, however, there were a lot of cops nearby. Ignoring how tired he was, the alchemist stumbled forward towards the enarest one, who seemed to be fighting a weak-looking student with powers he couldn't even comprehend. Impatiently, Trevor fired his gun in the same unfocused manor he had when shooting at Jason, and was almost as surprised as the other police officer when the bullets actually connected. The man turned around, looking confused. Upon seeing Trevor as he was; messy, tired, and with a thick trail of blood pouring from his mouth, his eyes grew wide with shock and possibly fright. "Get...me...out of here." Trevor snapped, though the words were mostly illegible. Luckily it seemed the man understood. As the alchemist fell forward, his energy at last completely spent and slowly slipping into unconsciousness, he was stopped from hitting the ground by his confused ally.

Saranu was mildly amused by both Piper and Tori's eagerness to help him. Yes, he was used to people doing any and everything he asked most of the time, but that was out of fear. These two actually seemed to want to help, though he honestly didn't think the angel girl was old enough to be afraid of him yet. But Piper... she looked about as scared as him as all the others, but at least she was grateful enough for his help in keeping them alive to deal with that and find him something to eat and drink. Next time he heard somebody calling her a coward-or anything else for that matter-he would have to remember to hit them for it. Hard.

((I knooooow D: Hey, maybe lucky for Saranu though? X3 Maybe she'll turn to her friend for comfort.... Although I'm still mad at you for killing off Jason cause I liked him >>
Me too, I wish we could continue but she plays so many essential characters D: And I thought of this totally epic scenario (which I know would never happen but it was really cool 8D) between Asche and Gwen X3 Little mini self-RP to pass the day I spent in the car~ *was rather pleased with it even though it hardly made sense*))

Erin snorted, trying hard not to laugh at his war cry. "Yes, I'm sure that'll frighten anyone in our way!" she shouted, trying to look menacing to a nearby enemy. She soon fell into a similar battle rhythm that just kept repeating... dodge, jump, kick, land, bite, repeat. Over and over and over.

"Good!" Tamby smiled, also looking into the full bag. "This will probably hold him for a while. Besides, we can always look for more, right?" she said cheerfully, taking the bag of food back to Saranu. "Ok, we found you some sandwiches, water, granola bars, milk..." she pulled each item out as she said it and put it in a small pile next to him.
