Yes; Lugia is an it. lol don't get confused by my ramblings, I've assigned genders to just about all of them whether they can have genders or not. xD -is a dork-

For example, I tend to think of espeon, glaceon, flareon and vaporeon as female. Jolteon, umbreon and leafeon are males. I'll usually stick with that too, depending on the gender of the eevee...though I do have a few exceptions.
