Looking over my Fursona's art I've noticed that while to design is the same her colouring changes slightly depending on which ref I use, I love all her art but I can't decide which ref I like best *sigh*

You could do a pic just with her color palette, choose your fav ref or her and then give these two images as refs to the artists.
One for the markings and one for the colors.
