^ Actually, I think you're right - the bodies are the same height, but the dragon's head has been moved up from the normal position. If you overlap the bodies using the forepaws as the guideline, you can see that the dragon's chin, eyes and top of the head are noticeably higher than the regular dog's. The head itself isn't stretched out though, just moved upward to have a long neck and given tall ears. :3

also if you tilt this one a little bit right next to the crescent moon there's another moon with a face in it but it's super light
