...I've never heard that term before, and judging from the discussion page, bublapedia can't even make heads or tails of it? ^-^;
My thought is that "legendary" has nothing to do with stats. It's a term applied to one of a kind pokemon in game. Some legendaries have such poor stats/movepools that they're actually in the Under Used tier.
The tiers (Uber, Over Used, Borderline, Under Used, Never Used) are referring more to stats. It sounds like, if anything, they mean Pseudo-ubers. But that doesn't make any sense either because garchomp IS an uber, officially. xD
Long story short, I'm confused by this term. xD
On that note, I'd prefer a UU team any day. I get sick of seeing the same pokemon popping up over and over again with the same strategy as the last five people I saw with it. It's fun to mess with them with pokemon and strategies that they're not used to seeing.
Even if I lose I always get that thrill of 'yes, I just took down their Garchomp with a frickin' Smeargle.'I actually creamed someone's team with Shuckle once. ^_^ best battle of my life. My brother and I were on the floor laughing.
