my rant? every RP I join dies about a month later T.T

1. RP's that proceed as such:
"He looked around"
"She lay down in the grass"
"He drank some water"
I know that we all get writer's block sometimes, but a roleplay is supposed to play out a story -- make your character do something more interesting like dig a hole and find a snake, or accidentally disturb a bee's nest or something that'll make some action happen. Useless one-liners are shortcuts to the death of an RP.

2. RPers who are only interested in getting their characters mated. Especially if mating is the only point of the RP. There's more to life than mating and having puppies, why not work out an interesting story on how your characters fall in love rather than mate instantly.

3. Related to number two, characters who seem to be in heat at almost every time. I -know- animals can't help their instincts, but come on. We're all sensible humans who are roleplaying them, we can do something more interesting than just having them mate all the time. =__=;;

4. When I used to RP, it was HELL keeping up with several RP's at once because everyone would post one right after the other! Not that I dislike activity in an RP, but it's really a chore trying to keep up with people who don't care to wait for you. XDD

And so as not to spam, I will rant.

Someone got my new RP LOCKED for art theft because the pic they used for their character isn't alowed to be used D8 D8!!! We hadn't even started yet!!! *kicks wall*
Luckily the mod said it would reopen soon. *whew*

Rant: People who write like this and post concecutively:

I love rping but I absolutely hate when an rp is going great and everyone loves it. Then all of a sudden the owner posts something like this, "I'm getting bored with this rp, so I'm closing it down. I opened up another called <enter random name here> please come join that one". I also hate when in the rules of some rps it states "No less then at least 5 (or so) sentences in this rp, please" And people start posting like this: "Milkshake walked in the door. She said Hi. She walked back out. She ate some pie. Then she cried." Then because the sentences are so short everyone posts crazily fast and I can't keep up. D:
Lets see, what else? Oh yes, and when users start getting in a hurry and post with text chat. What is it that your trying to say?

How all my RPs seem to die at the 100 page mark. I had this really fun one about humans becoming uncivilized and having to rely on wolves again and I posted one last time and no one ever responded. It's dead now, techinically, but I have the urge to post "bump" and get yelled at by the mods.

They should just make a part 2 or something. Anything over 1000 pages slows down the server like Nick said.
