Bramblewhisker stayed quiet and watched his mate.Then he caught a flash of squirrel and stalked it.He pounced on it,giving the squirrel a killing bite on the neck

Silverfeather crouched and stalked forward. She accidentally stepped on a twig and the robin exploded into flight. She quickly calculated her leap and sprung into the air. She launched herself at a nearby tree and changed direction, flying at the robing with claws outstretched. She hooked her claws into the robin and landed with a soft thump. She looked up at Bramblewhisker proudly.

"Good job!"he purred as he rubbed the muzzles together"Lets eat"he sat down and took a couple bites

Silverfeather smiled and bit into her robin. "Maybe one day I'll be known for my leaps!" She purred and took another bite.
