there's all these lines etched into the desk i sit in during physics and they're super triggering and i have to cover them up with sticky notes or i literally cannot pay attention out of being so terrified - and that sucks and all but when everyone stares at you for covering them up immediately after sitting down it's even worse.
i know they're all judging me silently and the hardest part is that i cannot, under any circumstances, tell them why because nobody knows. nobody will ever know.nobody will ever care enough to want to know.

Oh my gOD REALLY. I NEVER SEE HER. ID HAVE TO TEXT HER AND IM NOT EXACTLY KEEN ON TEXTING MY FRIENDS ABOUT SOMETHING LIKE THIS.

What would I even text her? "Hey I heard you wanted to talk about my severe depression and trouble getting a therapist even though I really really need one, what's up? (:" ????
