Plot
In this Rp there is the Hunter and the Hunted.Every person who has a Criminal Record is now man-hunted by an Angency calledThe Criminal Executers (TCE) In this Rp If you are the Hunted, you could run away or fight back, when you fight back you can make an alliance which will help you defeat the Hunters. If you are the Hunter you search the world for the person you are given by the agency to hunt.





Rules
-There is Cussing allowed but not extremely frequently and if you are going to say something really bad please put * after the first letter
-All Tess's Rules
-No god-monning or powerplaying without the other persons permission
-If you will be gone for more than 2 weeks please pm me so I dont kick you off.
-To make sure I know you read this put Tce underlined and in blue
-Besides being the hunter or the Hunted you can be a normal person but please not that many it will ruin the plot
