When you see a character that you know is similar to one of your own, how do you respond? Are you flattered they liked yours so much or angry that it's basically a knockoff of your own?
It makes me fume a little, but unless it's literally the exact same design you can't really do anything about it
Like what are you supposed to tell them? "OOOOH YOUR CHARACTER IS PINK AND HAS A THIRD EYE YOU THIEF"
It also kind of depends on complexity; if your character is like. A buckskin horse, you can't really accuse people of theft unless your horse has something like super unique about it

I've actually had this happen, the characters are pretty much EXACTLY the same.
We had a little talk about it, I was fine with it since I like the owner of the character xD
