I will never see Snape the same after reading the last few posts. I'm ready Harry Potter to my brother. I imitate voices really well, so I was using voices for everyone. Hagrid sounds Scottish and English.

Why is it that Harry can't see threshals until the Order of the Phoenix?

I don't know... Maybe, in the movie, they show the carts from someone else's point of view. Harry sees the threshals, but you see the carts from someone else's view. Maybe that's what they did?
