Well, I would say it half and half. It does fulfill the form requirements because it does technically tell how they would gain the kit's trust. At the same time though, its similar to that of an extra story.

I'll let it pass for now, since I didn't say HOW you could tell how you got the kit's trust. It still fulfills the requirements and everything technically ties together.

From now on though, its better to answer the question and go straight to the point. Stories are nice, but unless I ask for a story, its better to keep it simple.

First i will be wery kind with Chip till he gets to smile to me.Then I would talk more with Chip.When gets to stop beeing shy i will walk to him and sit in front of him.Make the some funny face till he laughs.Then i would cover my face with my hands and suprise him with "Boo".He will be scared a little but still everything will be funny to him.I will smile lightly and hug Him.He hugs me.

How will you gain this kit's trust?;; I'd probably watch over him to begin with. I'd observe how he behaved - whether he was shy, a hungry, food monster, whether he's friendly and social. Depending on how he is, I'd act accordingly.
Such as, if he was a friendly and social Kit, I'd approach him, talk to him and maybe if he becomes hyper, I'll play with him. If he was shy, I'd stay at a distance where I think he'll feel safe, and talk to him too, to let him understand that I'm not going to hurt him. If he was a food monster, I'd bring him some food everyday, changing the type of food - like, spaghetti one day, chicken the next - just so I know his likes and dislikes first. That way I'd get to know a little more about him.

To just say it briefly, I think the best way to gain his trust would be being patient with the Kit and observe him a little. Get to know him bit by bit, and let him familiarise himself with me. That way, we'd create and strengthen our bond - by learning about each other.

After a lot of though, I have decided on a winner. Congratulations to you, Asteroid is yours <3
