dovepool remembered instantly, the visions crowded her head again
she collapsed, panting hard

Iceclaw stood by helplessly, he lay next to her "breathe like me, or try to at lease" he meowed,

dovepool tried to steady her breathing,eventually it matched iceclaws
she blinked open her eyes
"how did I get out of the river?"

"I had to pull you out, the mud almost swallowed you" he explained.

dovepool once again looked at the swirling black current
"thankyou" she meowed

"I couldn't have left you like that" he meowed softly

dovepool forced a smile, she still felt tired and when she tried getting to her paws her legs shaked

Rock heard cats up ahead and headed toward their voices. He saw a black and white tom and a soaking wet she-cat. "Hey, you guys ok?" He asked them, hoping they weren't going to be hostile towards him since he was a loner.
