Graystorm raced faster than ever after the young apprentice.By the time he had caught up to the she-cat they had reached the river.He stood in a small bush,wachting with narrowed eyes.

Crystalpaw finally reached the river.She skidded to a halt her paws getting only the tiniest bit wet.What had drawn her here?

Hawkpaw leaned towards Featherpaw letting their pelts brush.Then felt around in the water.The pad on his paws brushed against something slimy making him jump.It threw him off balance and he felt himsef falling forward.
