I'm guessing Tyr made him.

She's Roman, not Greek xD
For the second dog I'm guessing Tyr too, but then again..
Well the Roman gods were essentially the Greek ones with different names and slightly different stories.
But which goddess is it? There were hundreds, although this will probably be one of the six main ones. Aphrodite/Venus, maybe?
EDIT: She was Athena/Nike, according to the previous page. Although Athena is the Greek form of Minerva. Silly silly Hekomi :3

She's actually Roman, not Greek. She has Oak Leaves on her body, and is holding the clipeus virtutis. I modified it to say:
"TPQC
IMPCAES
COSIII" cookies if you can figure out what that means/says
She is sort of the embodiment in my mind of Athena Nike, or winged victory. Unfortunately I'm pretty rubbish at drawing wings. ^^ I liked the pup much better than the adult, but it was fun to create something that tied into my life. As a Classical studies major with a huge love of Roman culture and history it felt only natural for me to make a dog that spoke to that part of my world.
I'm glad to see you guys like her! You are welcome to continue referring to her as being Greek, though she was inspired by the Romans. ^^;
This is tough, but I'm going to guess:
CLIPEUS VIRTUTIS= golden shield of virtue
TPQC= Tess Populus Que Chickensmoothian= Tess and the people of Chicken Smoothie
IMPCAES= Imp Caesari= Julius Caesar
COSIII= the 3rd consolate
So this is an award bestowed by TPQC..... not really sure what the rest means.... do I get half a cookie?
That's pretty close, as close as I think anyone will get! -showers in cookies-

I have a BAH in Classical Studies; the Roman gods were an amalgamation of gods/goddesses from other countries but repatriated to suit the Roman's needs. Athena Nike was generally used to describe the goddess of "winged victory" though Nike can stand alone, but usually the two go together. Describing her as Athena would be wrong (you're right, Minerva is the correct term for the singular goddess) but combined with the goddess of victory, Athena Nike is generally accepted across the board (or just Nike). xD Or winged victory.

'Little Red Riding Hood, The Prince and the Pauper, Harry Potter.'
'Inception, an urban legend, Winnie The Pooh'
'Story, Story, Story'
'Tale, tale, tale'
I think they went like that, I could have missed one. But any ideas, or have they been guessed correctly already?
Simple, isnt it?
Hers is a three tailed dog.
YESSS! Someone finally guessed my clue! Well done, you smart user you!
