Definitely like the Roman pup. My favorite work of art is the Victory at Samothrace (I know, I know, she said Athena... I just connected it to my life), so she's especially adorable in my mind.

So far I am in love with every staff pet and almost have every single one of them <3 but I can't believe I missed out on the b-wolf from today that looks amazing!

Upon seeing tonight's pets I said:

Wow. That is beautiful <- which I accidentally said out loud so everyone now thinks I'm crazy. >.<

Eeee! Its so beautiful! <- which also was said out loud and my mom looked at me funny. ._.

<- nothing was said for this one as I don't really like the colors, but it is a very beautiful pet if I like the colors of not.

I am so sad I only have 2 of the Butterfly wolf, but I have I think 2 other sets that were late adopts. (I hoard them.)

All in all I love today's growths. I am so excited for October as I love that month the most and cause Halloween. :3

Can any one zoom in on the words on the slab? I want to see them! I got two of the white ones; my favs are the darker red ones, these ones are my least favorite. It's just the way they colored it...

She's actually Roman, not Greek. She has Oak Leaves on her body, and is holding the clipeus virtutis. I modified it to say:
"TPQC
IMPCAES
COSIII" cookies if you can figure out what that means/says

She is sort of the embodiment in my mind of Athena Nike, or winged victory. Unfortunately I'm pretty rubbish at drawing wings. ^^ I liked the pup much better than the adult, but it was fun to create something that tied into my life. As a Classical studies major with a huge love of Roman culture and history it felt only natural for me to make a dog that spoke to that part of my world.

I'm glad to see you guys like her! You are welcome to continue referring to her as being Greek, though she was inspired by the Romans. ^^;
