I really wish I could do something... but with my parents, even mentioning that its a full moon freaks them out... I'll probably just put a couple of my necklaces and things that need purifying out on the railing of my apartment so they don't have to know. Hopefully I can do something for the next holiday because we'll be at my mother's girlfriend's house and I'll have some more freedom... I'm going to ask if I can light candles in my room; I can say I want to see if them help me concentrate or something...

I can't wait to go around setting eggs on end at equinox. I know that's not much of a spiritual ritual, but I've done it for so many years now that it's almost become a ritual to me. I love seeing the effects of the balance of gravity for those few minutes!

Mmm, Mabon cider!

I'll get in the holiday spirit this year, you betchya. Lucky me, it falls on a Sunday! My 'Bubby' loves to cook, and she will probably help me out regardless of the fact that I broke away from the jewish religion. My family believes in the word coexist <3 . I'm a little rusty on all the holidays, since it's been about a year since I practiced. But while the food is baking, I'll be out collecting symbols of fall! Thank you for the recipe on mabon cider, by the way!

Not entirly sure of my owen plans.. maby I can bake something? It wouldn't be proper Mabon food likly but I think I have a spice cake mix in my cupboard??? And maby there will be a small roast on sale at the store this week? My kitchen is both small and cluttered not to mention I'm neither the primay cook of the home nor the primary shopper. I do plan to decorate my alter space some for the holiday, My small prorerty has alot of trees including an oak so a few coloured leaves and acorns should be available to me.

I can't do much for Mabon due to not having much money but I will be cleaning my alter and redoing it as well.I'll also be lighting a candle as well.

My dad has officially said 'No Wicca stuff at your party.' This of course means to me that my sleepover will include something magical only because he knew it was a sabbat and it's obvious that telling me not to celebrate it will make me more likely to. But it has to be something small, almost noticeable to him...Any ideas?

I want to say something with stones but.. it like the thought isn't fully formed.. a circle of smooth (beach/tumbled?) dark stones .. there is something else wooden in the image but I can't see it clearly. I was hoping maby it would make some sence to you or remind you of something. Sorry if it made no sence what-so-ever. Regardless I'm sure you will find a way to celebrate.

How about divination? You can do it with tarot cards, rune stones, pendulums, even apples! That link has other apple related things too.

Ok. I've been meaning to ask this for a while now, but have not had the time. But can anyone I owe a reading to pm me with a name/nickname/magick name, a question (if you have one), how complicated you want your reading to be (simple, medium, or complicated), and whether or not you want me to use my regular tarot cards or my new deck (there is a difference)?


I'm sorry about not getting them done, but I need this information if I am to do them and I have been busy lately. I have tomorrow to myself so I will do them tomorrow. Thank you for your patience. It will be worth your while. (:
