Maya heard a horn meaning Tori and Jake were probably in the backyard. More like their garden. As soon as Zane had come in, Maya had left the door closed and then went to the back, her heels clicking against the floor. Her jacket shone with the light and made little lights around the room.

"Hey!" I flash Maya a bright smile, lightly leaning on the doorframe. "Nice meeting you here," I laughed, wondering where the others were. I bet tonight was going to be a lot of fun. I had been working on some songs on my guitar to play for everyone at the bonfire. I followed Maya through the house. "Nice outfit," I commented, not wanting to stare so I looked around the house. I wondered where Tori was. I hadn't talked her in a while.

Maya grinned at him. "Thanks" she said. "Ooh, can't wait for you to play it!" she said, cheerfully. Suddenly her phone buzzed and she saw Tori's outfit. Whoa, she looked gorgeous. "They're at the back, come on, let's hurry" she said to Zane and walked towards the back.

I saw Tori running toward Maya and stepped out from behind her, walking to the truck. I put my guitar case by the truck, looking over at Tori. I was debating on if I should say hey or not. She was walking to Maya, so I decided against it.
