It makes a difference depending on your currency -- €1 is equal to around $1.35 (according to google at least) at the moment so it should be less than 100 euros, just keep in mind that different banks have different exchange rates as well.
Also, depending on the type of card you have you can also be charged extra for currency conversion.
So long story short, it's currency dependent -- not country dependent and you should be able to purchase gems. =)

And they were really cheap too...what wrong with the economy at the moment? I mean, the teal/jade was only 6k and the gold/stone seraph was 8k?

Male Black/Sand/Ice

Shadow/Banana/Maize

Mulberry/Gold/Magenta

Obsidian/Goldenrod/Tomato

Navy/Leaf/Grey

Very happy with the last two, But boyfriends getting them >.< Seliing the first three... Any takers?
