Ripplestar let the partoll go with only a warning to stay safe as they left. She looked down with kind eyes at the young apprentice, "Hello. Welcome to Fernclan Frostpaw. My name is Ripplestar, I am the leader of this clan. Mistwing, dont you think she would be better off in the Medicine den rather than the clearing?" She said pointedly, "I can fetch some food for her"

Mistwing dipped her head. "Sure Ripplestar." She said as she gently herded the young apprentice toward the medicine den. "Here, this pile of moss should be comfortable enough." She said pointing with her tail.

Stormpelt went right for the foxes neck but got caught "ah!" The fox caught her chest and ear "you'll pay for that!" She jumped in it along with silverfeather and shadowtail

Frostpaw looked at ripplestar "thank you for alloying me into your clan." She looked at mistwing "I might beable to walk with assistants" she said while standing up clearly in pain

"Its no problem at all. And you are free to leave or stay as you like, you are by no means a prisoner here." Ripplestar assured the young cat. She sent a silent prayer to starclan that Frostpaw would be alright and then she went to grab a nice fat mouse from the freshkill pile. "Here you go Frostpaw." she said with a smile as she set it down at the edge of the nest. "If you need anything, just let Mistwing or I know." She added kindly.

Silverfeather yowled in pain as the fox ripped it's claws down her spine. She quickly turned and bit down on it's hindpaw.

Shadowtail hissed in rage. He bite down on the fox's tail and raked his claws over it's face.

Mistwing twitched her ears. "And mice fly!" She said softly. "That fox must have hurt you pretty bad."

Frostpaw smiled at ripplestar and gladly ate the mouse "yah It did"

Stormpelt was bitting and clawing at the fox "this is what you get for attacking frostpaw!" She hissed

Shadowtail and growled and bit down hard on the fox's paw and clawed harshly at it's flank.

Silverfeather times her swipes with Shadowtail's and Stormpelt's until the fox fled, tail between it's legs. "Hooray!" She cheered.

(Ok, so quick question. Are you still ok with Redfur being Frostpaws mentor or would you rather Stormpelt be her mentor. I was just looking back at the joining thread and wanted to double-check)

(It doesn't matter redfur can be her mentor *askes -silverwolf-* but when she goes into the nursery would it be ok if shadowtail trains her? )

Stormpelt looks at the fleeing fox starts to walk forward "I don't want it to get away! It doesn't deserve to live. Not after everything that happened! It's probably the one that attacked ripplestar did you see the scars? We should follow it!" She hissed angerly

Frostpaw finished the mouse "um mistwing can I ask who are the other cats in the clan? I can smell many different cats" she said looking around

Shadowtail raced forward happy to oblige. He chased the fox, nipping at it's legs until it turned to fight.

Silverfeather followed Shadowtail's lead, biting down hard.

Mistwing nodded. "Let's see... There's Fadeheart. He's the small warrior in the den. (Blanking on the others.... I'll edit it in a min! T^T)
