Dreamkit felt something licking her face and she opened her eyes, smiling sadly at Tumblekit. What he said next filled her with happiness, but confusion. Find who? My parents? They're in Starclan now, how can I possibly find them? She wondered. Shaking off the thought, she smiled happily at Tumblekit. "Really? Thanks, Tumblekit!" She flung her paws around Tumblekit, hugging him.

She narrowed her eyes and flicked her ears. "Don't look at me like that," she stated firmly, her blue gaze cold as she turned her head away.

[size=85]"Family... I think I might be starting to like that word..." he murmured, smiling awkwardly up at Silverdawn. His tail flicked and he nodded.

He smiled and his ears went hot when she hugged him. "Not them, the one." he whispered softly.

She smiled and licked his head.

Dreamkit just realized that she had hugged Tumblekit and put her paws back down, smiling awkwardly, ears burning. "So, I see Owlkit's part of the family now?" She smiled, glancing towards the small kit.

He flinched at the gesture but allowed her to do so, because he imagined that's what mothers were supposed to do.

She sniffed indignantly, thought couldn't resist casting an apologetic sideways glance at him. This tom made her feel... different. She wasn't sure exactly what her opinion on him was.

Sharktooth looked at her then jumped in the river.

Mint went over to the river, scenting a cat, so she fled. "the whole forest has cats.." she mumbled.

The deputy hissed in slight annoyance as the water splashed her, but the hiss quickly turned into a giddy laugh and she shook out her pelt. "Hey! Watch it!" she laughed playfully.
