Well I'm not a expert at this stuff I did mah best... Try adding a Layer

Yeah, same here... I would suggest rearranging the layers a bit. Next time, make a totally new layer for the lines or erase the whole background c:.

Then maybe I'll be able to Fix it..

You'll probably have to redraw the dino body... all I did was trace over the lines.
