I'm terrible sorry about taking so long with the judging of this lady. You guys made it very hard for me (so yes, I am impressed, to say the least). I don't know how many times I've gone through the forms and even going over them in my mind before falling asleep each evening (yes, I felt bad for taking so long with the judging, so I spent every moment I could thinking about this).

But now, I've finished the judging.



The winner of this lady... Is none other than Nevermore Raven (who now apparently have changed username into Wind Spirit instead) and this lady will be known to all with the name Delphine!
