Adrian ran a good way through the forest until he was confident that they were not being followed then looked around, slinging Ellie off his shoulder by her uninjured arm and then setting her on the ground, looking her over thoughtfully and still somewhat suspiciously.

"I'm still trying to figure you out..." Adrian said, eying her arm very hungrily but holding his ground. "You're not about to pull any funny business where you lure me in and then try to shoot me or something, are you? Because I intend to keep you alive, but try anything like that and I wont hesitate to kill you..."
