Auction Rant Thread [v2] New Rule!

I had cancelled my yellow toxic auction because all the bids were crazy unfair, one person offered 5 non-wishlist uncommons, most were a handful of non-list rares and store pets. I decided nobody was going to ever trade me what I wanted for it (a couple mid to low advent lists + maybe an '09 staff dog, not too unreasonable, right?) And gifted it to a user I felt deserved it. Then this morning, I noticed a lovely PM in response to my message I sent to everyone that bid, noticing them that I cancelled the auction.

you had no right to give away your toxic for free because I was willing to pay for it. I'm reporting you to the mods for being a meanie.

I have every right to do whatever I want with my pixels, thanks.
I'd much rather give it to a user who deserves it than a bratty person who doesn't. Even if I get a couple '10 rares from it.

(I hope this is fair...in my opinion the value of what I'm offering is 1 OMG so rare, 1 very rare, 1 rare and 1 uncommon (not including the unknown) because the way you "add the values" as I like to say. 2 uncommons = 1 rare so...eventually I ended up with OMG so rare and then the very rare which is named UFA...it was going to be for auction but I decided no and then the common and very common I made uncommon but that was adding in 1 unknown) I will probably offer a bid for the non-tag

This was what they sent me. Uh...say what now? People, come on. They were either sadly misinformed or a very poor scammer. I told them to look up the Rare's List before sending anyone else offers...

Same old situation eh?
You get a good list pet (Blue Toxic here); but once you put it up for auction, you don't get bids.

And I'm not demanding trade ups or overpays too.
I want September List, Advent List, Store Pets from all years, or C$.
The only so-called overpay would be the two possible autos; a CEG or Purple Toxic.
