The first thing I'm gonna post is the rules so we can get them over with.
____________________________________________________________
RULES:
-Do NOT remove my signature. Please.
*** If you notice, there are two signatures. If you use both the lions, you may erase ONE, not both. You may also erase one if you use one lion, but only erase the one closest to the lion you use.
-You may change the background to anything you want.
-Feel free to add wings, More fur, Hair, ect. Just don't change the lines so much that the original is unrecognizable.
-If you don't want the name lines up there, then take them off.
-If you use only the male, then please remove the shading that says "*If you use one lion*". It's on there, so don't worry.
-Use lock-alpha.
-Have fun!

Okay! Now You do not have to read beyond this point unless you just want to know about the drawing.
I've been practicing drawing the lions outside of CS and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed with myself. The timer may lie a bit, because I looked up some Taylor Swift music in the process. I'm gonna bet when you saw these, you thought I used a ref. Well, there is no ref. I did use several lion king lineart, but I didn't copy the exact form or color.
About the lions you see in the Color-In:
So, I was researching rare animals, because I do that in my free time, and I wanted to look at pictures of albino lions. The lioness in this drawing is Albino- which means 'Completely white'. As I was looking around google images I came upon this picture of a black lion (Yes, it is photoshopped). I thought it was beautiful, so I researched some more on black lions and came to find that they are called Melanistic- which means 'completely black'. Sadly, there is no evidence of a melanistic lion yet, so as of now, they don't exist.
Albino lions, however, do exist and I was fascinated by these beautiful creatures. I wanted the drawing to be a little different from normal lions, so I used a male melanistic and a female albanistic. The female was based on this pic.
Like I said, there was no ref, so I apologize if it looks the same as another drawing.
Thanks for reading and coloring!
