Shadow crept closer to Jake, and looked at the blood the soaked the ground. She shifted without realizing it, and pressed her hands against the wound trying to stop the bleeding. Her eyes welled with tears, from pain, fear, and guilt all mixed into one.

She began to walk quickly through the forest without saying anything more, and hoped Cat, Chanler, And Tyler followed her. She looked back worriedly. "Don't do it Chanler!"
