Spitfyre is the name of my favorite fictional dragon, at least one of them. I loved the name so much I adopted it as my username, and now I'd like to have this little Mutato share the name with me.

Spit Fyre, from the Septimus Heap Series- Specifically introduced in Flyte, Spit Fyre is the dragon that Septimus Heap receives when he is only an egg. The egg hatches and becomes Spit Fyre, Septimus's friend.

Name of the Mutato

Long Danzi

Reason for choosing the name

"Long Danzi" Means "Courageous Dragon", and is also the dragon in a book I am reading, by the name of "Dragon Keeper" by Carole Wilkinson (It's the first book of a series). When I saw this guy, I thought immediately about Danzi from the book, with the green scales. The name itself also sounds fitting, I think. I can see this little one being very courageous.

Your favourite fictional dragon

My favorite fictional dragon has to be the Mirrior Dragon from "Eon: Rise of the Dragoneye" by Alison Goodman. The series is very touching and deep, I think, and is my favorite series to date. The Mirror Dragon (or the Dragon Dragon, as it's place in the zodiac suggests) is very mysterious, holding many secrets until the end of the last book, and even then some are unexplained. As Dragoneye Eona brought the strange dragon back after it being missing for 500 years, I got hooked on the 2-book series, and started to fall in love with dragon lore. I'm currently starting a dragon collection (of pendants, figures, etc.) thanks to the Mirror Dragon.
