❝ Hello... I need some help again.
I really like one of my friends a lot. He's really nice and fun to talk to and I just... I dunno. We've known each other for about a year now, although we haven't talked that much until school started back up this year. I think he may like me back, and is just really shy about it? I have no clue. I'm really bad at judging emotions and reading body language so maybe he thinks I'm really annoying and is just trying to be nice to me? Ugh. I really want him to like me back... I'm thinking of inviting him to the next football game (this Friday) because I'm marching in it, and I think it would be a great way for us to hang out. But... Am I being too clingy/annoying? Is that even a good idea? And, if I do get the courage to ask him to go, how would I even phrase it? He doesn't answer his phone much, and I only see him in the morning, so I have no clue.
Also, my friend mentioned she's liked him for 1-3 years now and although she denies it, I'm not sure if she still likes him. I don't want to be a total jerk to her if she still likes him, you know? And what if he likes her, not me? I'm so confused.
Why must relationships be so complicated, why can't I just date a squirrel instead? ❞

Hi! Im in marching band too so maybe I can help? I don't think it would be a bad idea to invite him to the football game at all. If you ask, you could just say, " Hey, I was wondering if you would want to come to the next football game and watch me march? : ) " I dont think you sound clingy at all :3 Im kinda bad at judging emotions too... As for the friendship part... I don't know D: Once my friend dated I guy that I liked, and after a while they broke up and I went out with him. Thats the only time I've ever dealt with something like that. If I were you I would try to bring it up with your friend, and if your really good friends you should be able to talk with her pretty easily. I hoped I helped! : )

okay so i just found out the guy i like is single. but i dunno if he likes me. i thought he liked me before i don't think he does anymore and im kinda like, well what do i do.
also, im getting a bit worried as like everybody in my grade has had a boyfriend/girlfriend and i havent. my mother used to say all these horrible things to me and say i would never get a boyfriend and i was ugly and all this stuff. i used to live by the saying 'there is someone out there for everybody' but now i think it might not be true.

I know how you feel. Last year all of my friends had boyfriends and girlfriends and i was the one who didnt have one :\ it kinda bummed me out because they all had something in common. But dont worry : ) This year, im the only one who has a boyfriend so maybe it will work out that way for you. And nobody is ugly, and there IS someone out there for everybody ^-^ you still have your whole life ahead of you, so enjoy it while you can. I hope this helped!

Oh god insufferable person in my english class. You made my otherwise perfect day not happy.

In english, we had to wrote "dating profiles" to show our personality, or show "what we wanted in a partner" which also shows personality. This guy wrote for his "searching for" section a girl with long, blonde, wavy hair and blue eyes. Who is really intelligent, and a whole bunch of weird stuff about me. And was staring at me the whole time it was read.
(My teacher had announced that I was tied for the highest grade on a standardized test, thus the "intelligent I'm assuming.)
Kind of ready to hide, which will be difficult as he is in three of my classes, and I must therefore see him every day. And this is someone I want to stab on a regular basis. damn.

honestly, don't go out with someone cos every one else is. None of my friends have ever had boyfriends, nor have I. We are in high school too. Pressure is just stupid.

- Obviously he also likes Pokemon and possibly anime, so he shouldn't judge you for it. Also, some guys even find geekiness to be cute/sexy/attractive, I know my boyfriend does.

It's clear that he already likes you as a person, so don't act like you have zero chance in the world. And shy isn't terrible either. What matters is being able to communicate, even if you are not a chatter box.

I met my crush at summer camp this year. I think he even might've liked me back! It was almost scary how much we had in common.
