Not trying to be biased here, alright?
Buuuut I think that would be Ara.
She's not like most girls. She prefers to keep herself in a small group of friends and had to mature when she was very young, though certain things bring out the joy in her. She has a hard time fully letting others into her life, even her own brother. She's closer to Hugo than Icarus, which is a bit sad since Iggy is her only living family.

I think we need a Corpse Bride female dragon *3*
She wouldn't have to be based off if the movie, but I think the themes would make a beautiful girl. Soft colors (mostly blues with splashes of other colors), decaying beauty, perhaps lace/spider webs, you get it~
Something beautiful but creepy~
Maybe a black jewel with some sort of design would work with her.
