I know how it feels like.

I always complete my hoards, forget about open trades and all of a sudden they get accepted. Then I sit here with a bunch of extras I don't need. Grawr. XD

What do you hoard?
My first hoard are my 2009 to 2010 bettas. It is almost finished just trying to nab the last red halfmoon.
Second hoard is for my daughter which will hopefully be filled with uncommon - very rare pink dogs, tess horses, and butterfly wolves.

Why do you hoard them?
With the bettas I fell in love with the lineart they are on and I've always been a big fan of bettas myself. Kind of just happened one day and never stopped collecting them.
Second of the pink butterfly wolves, dogs, and tess horses is because my daughter. She's currently on the 'watch list' waiting for some blood work to come back. We had a bad experience with the doctors appointment today that was supposed to be a check up but.. things took a turn for the worst needless to say.

How large is your hoard?
My bettas are currently standing at 49.
The pink pets are currently at one, with a big thank you to Missy. <3

What is your goal for the hoard?
Bettas I have planned to get five of each of the bettas so all together fifty.
Pink pets I haven't really decided. I may go to one hundred this time around and try to collect those that really stand out, so to say.

Do you overpay for hoard pets/items?
Yes I have for my bettas, though I've come to realize bettas are not really worth much because their demand is so low ^^
As for the pink pets I imagine overpaying for quite a few of them.

What was the first pet/item in your hoard?
A blue halfmoon betta which as gifted to me.
A pink, tan, and purple uncommon that was also gifted to me ^^

I still need 15, but just because I always get distracted when trading. But hey, I'm at over 70 hummingbird bwolves now ^^ And got a new jelly pony. And already traded off 3/4 of my staff newborns XD

Soooo...
I am attempting to get one pet + flag for each country I've visited.
But I'm unsure whether or not I should just keep using different pets, or if I should hoard the Map dogs.
For now I only used one for Prussia (since it's, y'know, gone.), but I kinda like the idea.
On the other hand I'm quite fond of some of the pet choices, namely Iceland, Ireland and Poland fit so well .-.
So now I don't know what to do D:
Problem is, I didn't really find any well-fitting dogs for the other countries, at least not among the pets I like.
I suppose I'll just go and hoard the map dogs, then trade for extra flags so that I can also give some to the aforementioned dogs? o:
...Good thing I already have two Ireland flags. Discontinued items are a nightmare to get x.x

Edit: And *dies a little* I also managed to get another Vixen <333 I'm one dog away from the 90 now <3
Still need a good dress-up idea, though x3 I think I'll make it water themed. Still didn't use the water set even once.

What do you hoard?
I hoard grey moon collies, staff litter pets (current), Ode To The Arts litter dogs, lumps of coal, and those tangled lights.
Why do you hoard them?
I'm doing a rainbow moon collie group, I love the arts, and the items? Idk. I had a few pieces of coal and thought "what the heck" so I tacked them on to item trades I was doing, along with the lights, and ended up with lots! And I want to see the staff dogs grow en mass, then trade extras for my favorite outcome to hoard!
How large is your hoard?
I have 5 moon collies (just started today), 139 staff pets, 20 arts pets (completed!), 18 lumps of coal, and 23 lights items.
What is your goal for the hoard?
I'd like ten or so moon collies (enough to do every color I want to do), 150/160 staff litter pets, my arts pets are complete, and the items are neverending!
Do you overpay for hoard pets/items?
A little, but not ridiculously because my fodder and C$ dwindle quickly.
What was the first pet/item in your hoard?
Y'know, I'm not sure! One of the arts pets.
