Reason you want it: I have always wanted and loved tracker dogs, but never managed to get one. Tracker Dogs are unique in their own way. Though they may look a little fierce, Utopia seems like the cuddliest one ever. Utopia's design is unique, beautiful, and goes together very well. Her markings jumped out to me like she was sprinting off the page. Utopia's designs are easily recognized even from afar, which makes her once again, unique and special. Utopia will have her own little section in my Charries thread and possible art done of her. She will be taken care of there :3

Reason you want it: I love the snow and I think her design is absolutely gorgeous. I especially like the circles on her back, and the dots on her shoulder. She would always have a home with me and perhaps some art too!

Likes: The cold, playing in the snow, mountains, playing, and when it's a blizzard outside (And when she's too tired to play in it.), curling up by the fire with Cold Chocolate (Hot Chocolate's cold twin.) and marshmallows.

Dislikes: The beach, hot days, anything too warm, being bored, and being stuck inside on a cold day.

Personality: Blizzard loves to run in the snow, but hates running on the beach. She has lots of energy. She loves the mountains when there's snow there, because it's a wide open space covered in snow, just waiting to run around. She wishes the whole world was covered in snow.

Background:

It was a warm day. I padded the streets wishing for snow. Again, I was on the run from the police. What did they want from me? Was it because one time I was so hungry, I had to steal a steak from a butcher shop? Or the time when I took some one's water bottle? Those times were just because I was hungry and thirsty. I wouldn't have done them if I wasn't starving and thirsty all the time. I sighed. Probably should keep moving. I padded down the street while humans stared at me like they've never seen a snow tracker dog before. All of a sudden I felt a cold breeze. I perked me ears up and ran to where it came from. I knew that breeze! It comes from - "SNOW!!!!!" The little humans ran into it. I stopped running. I guess this snow is already taken. I sighed, out my head back down and started trudging away. "DOGGY!!!!!" One of little humans said. Choruses of "doggy" started out, over the small snow field. I started to pick up the pace an power - walk away. "Wait! Doggy come back!" I started to job. I looked behind me, only to see the little humans running as fast as their little legs would carry them, towards me, and trying to hit me with balls of snow. What a waste of snow. I sighed, shaking my head. I started to run too. They chased me all threw town. What an odd game of chase. I thought. Occasionally, I'd let a snow ball hit me, just to feel the snow. It felt so good. All of a sudden a police man walked around the corner. Oh, crud.... I thought. I started sprinting down the side walk. All of a sudden, two hands shot out and grabbed me from an ally. I panicked, thinking it was one of the little ones or, worse, a police man. But the person didn't say anything, just pinned me against a wall until the police man and little humans ran by. Once they were gone, I got a better look at the human. It was a teenage girl with short black spiky hair, green eyes, and pale skin. She was wearing a pale blue t-shirt, light pink skirt, black leggings, and brown boots. She was wearing a scarf that was gold and purple striped. We both looked to see if they passed, then she threw back her head and laughed. I loved her laugh right away. "Well, that was interesting. I was walking down a street when all of a sudden a weird dog comes sprinting down the side walk with little kids and a police man on it's trail. I whimpered. "Oh, sorry, HER trail." I wagged my tail. "Let's get you back to my place, you are extremely thin." I wagged my tail again. I was really starting to like this girl. We went back to her place and she handed me a cold steak. It was delicious. She laughed again as I scarfed it down. I've been staying with that girl ever since. I met some of her friends. They were really nice to me. I like living here. I hope the police don't find me. Or those annoying little kids. The girl, who, is named Celtic, told me her life story. She was orphaned 10 minutes after she was born. Both of her parents were teenagers. She ran away from her foster home when she was 5. Her best friend is still there and some day, she's going to go back and visit her. She lived on the streets for a while, only having small jobs. She got a huge job as record producer's assistant and has been having good luck ever since. It's her dream to either be an artist or famous record producer, and she's almost there. She paints in her free time, when not taking me to the park. She says that once she has enough money, she'll get a car and mountain house so we can go visit the snow some time. She takes me every where now, even to her job. The people at the record place love me, and give me treats. I love it here.

Short Story


Frost had always been different. Unlike other trackers, she thrived in cold temperature. When the police's trackers just sat around and whined at the snow, clearly telling them that they were too old and just couldn't pick up the scent, they would radio over to the kennels and tell them to let frost out.

Frost loved the snow, and would gallop through snow banks as if she had nothing better to do.
The police would whistle and she would run over to them and cock her head as if to say, "what next?" The police would hand her some possession of the thief, and she would take off after the scent, the police right behind her on snowmobiles. When she found the theif, the tracker dog accompanying the police on the snowmobile would help Frost capture the thief.

When that was done, Frost's reward was, instead of tea or something else warm, the police would give her Vanilla Ice Cream! That was her favorite treat of all, except to go sit with her owner, MoonSkye.

Story: ~*~Through Axel's eyes~*~
I was walking down the roads, waiting. In the sub-rural (not quite a subarb, not quite rural) area I was in, I was considered a freak. In this scorching hot weather, my sences aren't doing too well. My ears are burning due to the hot sun. At least I can feel the how, rough sidewalk below me, though, and that way, I know I'm safe.
Aaah! Someone threw a soda bottle at me, and it nearly missed my flank! "Freak!" the person yelled. What a nice guy. Yeesh.
Ignoring the fact that the incident (sp?) ever happened, I kept walking. I senced a turn coming along, and there was shade in that turn. I turned, and there was alot of shade at the beginning. I paused to rest, and lay down. I looked around, and judging by the colours that my sensors showed me, there was sun up ahead, more shade, trees and houses all around me. So I prepared, and set out back in the sun. I walked past the first turn, and hit sidewalk after street. On the sidealk, I felt another blast of cool shade. I saw a house that stood out - A larger, red brick house. I walked out of the shade, towards it, and on the driveway, listening to an album, was an eleven-year-old girl. She had blonde hair, blue eyes, and she looked a tiny bit older than eleven, so I could tell she had gone through growing up. I walked up to her, and she said, "Aww, hi there! Are you okay, sort of little guy?" I snikered a bit, an shook my head. I rolled over on my back, and she must have understood when she saw my ribs showing. "Oh, poor boy! You're starving! I'll take you in and feed you some delicious food! I've always had a ting of major affection for stand outs. One question before I take you in - Will you get along with my cats and ferret?" I nodded. I love animals, and I can tell she does too. The girl took me under her deck where there was shade, and spoke again. "My name is Colette. Since you're stayin ith me... Hmm... You look like an Axel to me." She smiled. Axel... I liked that name! "Here, let me get you some of my favorite food." She ran up the creaky wooden pporch steps, and came back with three pieces of... Circle cheese. "Here you go. This is some of my favorite." I ate one piece, and.... Oh, goodness! It was delicious! I gobbled down the other two pieces. I wasn't quite full, but I could wait a bit longer. Colette did say that dinner was coming soon. Suddenly, she spoke words that filled me with joy. "You know what's wierd about me? I'm supposed to be enjoying my summer, and I wish Christmas was here. The cheer, the joy, the snow..."

I breifly made Aurora's story

Aurora was raised to help police find criminals who had escaped. She was very fast for her age and could find criminals very easily. Aurora was having a great life. She grew and grew and became slower and wasn't able to fine criminals anymore. She was put into the kennels. Nobody wanted her since she wasn't able to track criminals anymore. She lay in the back of her crate feeling unloved and hated until a girl (me) came up to the cage. Aurora looked at the girl. The girls smiled and stretched out her arm. Aurora sniffed her hand and nuzzled it. The girl wishes to adopt Aurora. Will you let her adopt Aurora?
