I couldn't do the tip tailfeather though, it looked really bad and really busy. It just doesn't work with this line art and the small tail edit.

Design Prompt: Based off a peacock. I like subtle swirls on the base coat in a very similar colour to the base colour. With contrasting designs on top (spots or swirls or stars)
Accessories: Could he/she(I'll decide when I see it) have a few large peacock feathers attached at the base of his(for the sake of argument) tail with 2 attached at the tip of the tail
