I kinda like the cooldown, to be honest. It keeps the dragons harder to breed (depending), if you reduced the cooldown the dragons would loose even more value <3

I still want an item to change a dragons gender though

To be quite honest I don't want a sex-change scroll. Your dragon isn't the right sex? Sucks. It'd be too overpowered. The point of the game is to breed the colors you want. If you want a dragon of this sex and this color, breed a pair and hope you get lucky.
