I haven't finished this yet, in fact, I just started. I had to put this off for so long because school started up again, so I had to juggle my home life, my school work, as well as my sports. I really hope I can get this done by the end of the week. Sorry for putting this off for so long!

Pelt- Any kind of design that's fairly- um- simple, really. Nothing to fancy or flashy, maybe just some stripes or spots? Up to you, though, really. c: As long as it looks good to you- I know I hate it when I have to design something I don't want to do.
Eyes: A really bright blue. Kinda like this.

Well, I prefer Greyscale to be used on him c: Black, greys, white- maybe a dark grey-blue on the paws. And his eyes- no specific hex code, really. Just a light blue- neon blue almost blinds people, as I've learned, when put up against darker colors, so no neon ^^;.
Any line edits or accessories ::
Can you give him some elbow fluff and neck fluff? (And with the neck fluff, I mean just a tiny bit- not like a mane, but a little bit more fluff on the neck.) Also, (if allowed), a pair of glasses? c:
