Amelia smiled shyly. She stood, but still didn't make a move towards either one of the mares. They were so serious; she feared what the other's reaction might be.

She wondered how curious Arco was about Arribella. Arrie was the mother one would with they never had; unless she liked you. She would have been proud to have Camella or Amelia...

Amelia wasn't sure. She felt awkward being given the choice to nurse from someone that wasn't her mom. She bit off a bit of grass, and ate it. Grass wasn't that bad...

Chance searched frantically in the long grass. She liked to think that Amelia was probably sleeping somewhere in the long grass...

Fallen smiled. She nuxxled the foal, understanding she might not want to nurse.

Fallen bared her teeth at Minty. "Pretend to care?" she outraged. "You know, I really thought I'd like you, but that pushed me over the limit. I do not pretend to care. Back off." she said. "You think you can just waltz in here and steal Avalon from me, and the push me aside from something like this? Well, that's not right. Not while I'm around." she layed her ears back. "Minty you're young and naive. You don't know what a filly wants or needs. You want to get to know Amelia like another filly would because you were just one."

She turned to the filly. "I'm sorry Amelia. She just came here, and seems to have quit the attitude." she luaghed, nuzzling the filly. "You're like the daughter I never had!" she joked, flicking her tail to the two colts.

"Your welcome guys" Tropical said winking at them. "Alright lets go!" she said determended to find Amelia.

Minty gave out a chuckle "HAha nice one Fallen. I knew you hated me from the begging, which makes a really bad impression on you because you dont even talk to me and then you start being a little diva" she said laughing. "Not while your around eh? Who said?" she said putting her eyes to down. She stuck out her teeth. "Oh really? You think I was just a filly? Thats why you think I want to get to know her? Well you want to get to know her so you can get Avalon back dont you? Yeah I thought so. Your just jelous because I am better" she said head held high.

She walked over to Amelia "You can go with her honey, but I am warning you ahead of time, be careful and dont fall into any of her schemes" she said winking at Amelia and nuzzling her "Good luck hun, but if you need me I am here for you" she said smiling.

Amelia couldn't tell what to do. Neither one of them looked that bad. She decided to be brave and then maybe help them sort things out... She looked from one to the other, before saying, "You know what I think? I think you're both acting like a pair of newborns. Is it really that hard to just get along? You can both sit here and get to know me or whatever." Her bravery dwindled, and she felt maybe she shouldn't have said it. She decided that if the stallion wouldn't tell them, someone would need to eventually. She did all of them a favour... right?

She was right. Minty understood. But she knew that Fallen was the bigger newborn, just the way she acted. "Amelia, go with Fallen. I will not sink to her level, I will be the better person and let Fallen take care of you. Just honey, like I said before be careful Fallen is full of schemes. So just be warned and if you need I will be here" she said nuzzling Amelia. It was not the right choice to give her to Fallen but she wasnt going to sink to Fallens level, she would be the better person and end it here. She nuzzled Amelia a Goodbye.

"I'm not going anywhere with Fallen. I'm not going anywhere with you either. You can both stay here and talked to me. And I think Fallen is fine. Mind explaining one of her schemes?" she asked. Now that she had spit out the big thing, she didn't mind being slightly rude to them. They were being much meaner to each other, so it probably didn't count.
