Shannon sniffed at the forest floor, finding no scents. She walked up to a tall, peeling tree and scratched her claws on it, bark falling in piles by her hind paws. Then, she's pricked up her ears to the scent of a deer. Just like that, she took off through brush and around trees, for she was very hungry. She was running so fast that she tripped over the deer and tumbled to the ground. She stood up and shook the dirt from her fur and looked down at the dead deer. She smelled another wolf's scent and grabbed the dead animal by the leg, preparing to lug it back to a hidden place to eat.

"No,I'm a nomad"I said,only the realising what I had said,I blamed myself for telling him that I was a nomad,he would find me any second after I left his den if he would offer but I had a plan,I blinked in the dim light,I could only see an outline of his body.

He noded his head slowly and still kept an eye on the newcomer. "By the way. What is your name?" he asked softly. Aleck was not a wolf to ask names but if she was a nomad he would have to know who she was. "I have a lair you can stay in if you need." He suggested carefully. "I don't want to get in any trouble so careful." Aleck perked his ears and cocked his head at the fae.

Shannon dragged and dragged the heavy doe. She then let go of its leg to catch her breath; she plopped down on her haunches and panted in the warm spring air. She yawned, stretched, and grabbed the doe's neck and in one pull, blood poured due to the gash Shannon just made. The blood soon stopped and no more came out of the carcass. Shannon huffed and puffed as she pulled, pulled, and pulled some more.

Well, looks like I'm about to roleplay with Nova, but after, I'd like Aleck, since I found his deer and all ))




Shannon released and jerked around to a black fae. Her ears went back and her fur raised. She growled and bared her teeth at the wolf. In wolf body language, she had warned the fae to keep her distance.

My growl got more menacing,the monster inside of me had been unleashed,it wanted to kill and to draw blood from any wolf nearby,I had no control over my body,I could just watch myself,my tail was high in the air.

Shannon backed up slowly. "Keep your distance, dog," she growled. She saw her tail raise, a challenging move for wolves. Shannon, too, raised her tail in a challenging position, usually two wolves with raised tails mean they're about to fight.

Another loner popped into the picture and things got hairy. Aleck raised his head and gave off a soft growl, "knock it off!" He jerked his had towards Nova and back at the new fae. His brown fur rustled as the wind picked up. "If two loners fight in the Mountain Pack territory then I'm going to cut in." He bared his fangs and raised his tail to show that he had a pack, "now I don't wan to do that. I'm a brute and you both are faes. No offense but you shouldn't be fighting. No reason to." He frowned and fluffed himself, "now why don't we all go to my den. It's getting cold."
