Lexi smiled. "Don't mind him. He's horribly rude." She gestured to the snake around her neck. "At least you can keep up a conversation." She said slyly.

Zark peeked out from behind the pillar briefly, eyes narrowed. What the...I can hold a conversation just fine, thank you... he mentally grumbled, taking what she said as an insult aimed at him.

Sussy grinned as she leaned against his chest, she watched Zark leave and also shrugged.

Zark continued to watch their conversation.

Scott laughed. "Thank you. And I don't mind. My sister's owl, who loves my owl, hates my guts. She bit me when she first opened her eyes and does it daily."

Jake wrapped his arms around Sussy's waist, hugging her close.

A giggle escapes Sussy's mouth as she lied her head on his chest, looking at Umbra.

Umbra purred and padded up to her, mashing his head against her arm. Jake chuckles and smiles, patting the cat's head a few times.

Lexi laughed. "Owls are evil." She said after a moment.
