Considering your form didn't actually get into the last round since it was missed, I don't think it would be a problem if you used the same idea and just changed it around as needed to fit the new character. :3
So far as the scoring question goes, while I don't usually give out exact scores (mostly because I don't keep records of them anyway), I'm willing to tell people what areas of their forms were good, what could have used improvement and where they lost points and why. :3 If someone wants a critique of their form after it's been judged, they can just send me a request with a link to their form and I'll go over it for them. ^^ The vast majority of forms that scored 100% or higher did so with the aid of art - I think there have only been maybe two or three that got 100% purely on the written form.
CapriCoon's form for Red way back in the early days of TaN was one of those, and while scoring has changed slightly since then it's still a great example of a top-notch form. Note that it is only about 1800 words long in total and has almost no actual storyline, and that the focus is all Red, all the time. ;3
