yea we ran a 5k today i am so exhausted

I went to an all comers 5k on Thursday and ran a 20:46, a big PR for me! I also broke the school record for that course....I'm so excited!

Thank you! Yep! I'm going to Mt. Sac a few times this year. I'll be at Fastback Shootout, the Mt. Sac Invitational, and hopefully CIF prelims and finals...are you going to any of these?

Today's the day where we did the long run and had to run at marathon pace and it was my first time going to that type of practice, since I'm pretty new. c: I ran more than I ever have (I'm new to running)! I'm very proud of myself, but I sure worked my butt off. ^^; The trail was awfully painful. x'D

Hm, our CIF is held at Morley Field. I'm just going to the Invitational, in that case...

Yep that was the one! I've never seen so many ambulances...I placed 8th in the freshman race but I agree it was awful.

I miss pole vault so much. It's one of the most fun things ever! I actually found a "pole" in my garage that I'm using for drills so I can remember everything to be ready for next summer! I also do this thing where you run with the pole low and plant it and swing to the other side with the pole. Lol, I'm desperate! I can't get a real pole though because they cost like $400.
