i paid for and all.
it is under construction so far,
but runs on phpbb3
so it is exactly like cs
(with align image -- left, right, center)

no bandwidth limit (= unlimited pictures)
if anyone wants to help out and make a background, etc, let me know via pm
staff spots are for invited users, which i will decide later.

Please do not try to make massive image collages or animations to get around the 1 image per character rule. Your reference picture should be no more than about 600px on the longest side, as large images make browsing difficult. Large animated gif files may be removed if the file size (in mb) is too large.

to clarify: tess never said no collages. she said less than 600px. if glass's collage were 500px, it would be okay.

ohmygosh so I'm reading through these posts, trying to catch up, and looking back a few pages. Everyone is talking about Mint's new thing, but I have no idea what that is. So I get back three pages and all I see are coding talks, like,
