Cherry grabbed her pecha scarf, put in on, and said,"I'm ready to continue!" Then her stomach growled loudly. She added,"With some breakfast first, maybe."

Sunset pranced over so she could sit by her in the shade of the tree, carrying too cheri berries in her mouth.

Cherry got a bunch of sticks and put a pot on top. She burned the sticks then got some water from the lake and put it in the pot. She added a bunch of chesto, pecha, and aspear berries in. She said,"I'm making sweet and sour soup!" Then she squeezed a bit of cheri berry juice and said,"With a bit of spiciness for extra flavor."

"Ooh!" Sunset jumped up, peering over. "Cool! I'm not allowed to cook, I usually end up with something on fire..." her voice was admiring.

Cherry laughed and replied,"Well, I'm a fire type, so hopefully I know how to cook!" She added some pasta and veggies. Cherry asked Sunset,"Can you fill this bucket with water from the lake to get rid of the fire with?" She handed Sunset a wooden bucket.

Sunset jumped to her paws. "Sure!" she bubbled eagerly. She took it in her jaws and stumbled toward the lake, head high as she was trying to see over the rim of the bucket.

Cherry stirred the soup. She thought that the soup smelled delicious, and couldn't wait to have some. Suddenly, she realized that soup wasn't exactly appropriate for breakfast. Oh well.

Thirst lay back down to get some more sleep, while Iscus put the meat on a rock.

Once the soup was done, Cherry grabbed the pot and let it cool off before placing it on the ground nearby. Since Cherry's ability was Flash Fire, she wasn't burned at all. She called to Sunset,"Try to hurry up with that water! The soup is done cooking so now I just need to put out the fire."

Sunset dipped the bucket in the lake until it was full and stumbled back as quickly as she could without spilling.
"Hurrying!" she said through the wood.
