New Image Posting Rule(s)

I personally think it is a good idea. There is an overload of images on here and some are so large it's irritating. But one Image for Forms? Does it go fo the Shifters, or are we allowed to post one picture for animal and human form? My main concern though is for the forms created before this rule that have multiple images, what is expected for us to do? We put time and effort into the forms, are we just suppose to edit all but one photo out...?

You can describe what animals a shifter can shift into ^^; There's no need to have a picture for each and every animal, most people know which animals you mean when you just put the words xD

As for the forms already created, i have no idea about that, we'll have to wait and hear what staff says ^.^ But i personally think the rule applies for forms posted from this day forward. We'll see what staff says :3

Regarding forms you've already submitted, I wondered the same thing earlier, and PMed Pandle. Her reply was;

The rules only apply to posts made from now onward, so there's no need to go trawling back through your post history to correct everything (it would take forever!). Just so long as your posts follow the rules here on out, you'll be fine.

So any form you post on an RP from now will be required to only have 1 image.

If you need more than one image, just link to your character thread instead. It would keep the threads neater.

But the rule says: "Do not post secondary images or link to extra images"

So if you link to a site or page that contains images, but is not a link to the images themselves, it's okay?

I couldn't find the original post but to the people who mentioned shape shifters in RPs - I'm adjusting the rules so if you character is a shape-shifter then you can add multiple pics, e.g. one of the human form, one of the animal form, or one per species if they can shift into several different animals

So you can post a secondary image for your shifter character's alternate forms, though it's still only one image per form they can take. :3
