Slightly unfair to Purple Toxic - the Gap between the Blue and Purple Toxics are two balloon dogs (as per pg. 509 on the rares list update).

I'm not sure about the value of the top, but each one of the store pets is worth a '10 Rare. With each of them adding up, it's unfair to the bottom. I believe you could get a late '08/ early '09, but like I said, I'm not 100% sure. I'd feel better with a 2nd opinion on it.
