Ravenclaw caught a mouse.
Lightpaw caught a thrush.

Silverfeather sighed, flicked her tail, and headed into the trees. She looked over her shoulder and said, "First we will head toward the Tall Aspen, then head to the Pond then back." She wasn't sure if he was listening, so she turned back to face forward and ducked around a bramble thicket.

Ripplestar deftly caught a squirrel

Fadepaw rolled his eyes in irritation "The tall aspen is the other way." He growled

Ravenclaw sent his apprentice the oppisite way,"Um,you want to share some prey while we are waiting?"he asked Ripplestar.
Lightpaw caught a sqirrel before it went up the tree.

Stormpelt finally crawled out of the warrior den and looked around. After realizing that there was not a lot of cats either awake or out of camp she desided to sit by the entrence and keep watch.

Silverfeather clenched her teeth. Why does he have to question everything? She thought.
She flicked her tail irritably but didn't comment. She spun around and stalked in the other direction. "Maybe I was taking my own route!" She grumbled. Silverfeather glanced back making sure her apprentice was following. "We can battle train later." Her voice floated back without looking over her shoulder.

"Well, I suppose, considering this isn't really a hunting patrol." Ripplestar replied. "But we should also head back to camp somewhat soon. I dont like being away for too long."

Fadepaw sighed and followed, muttering under his breath, "oh joy. Another thing I can fail at."

Silverfeather rounded on Fadepaw stopping in her tracks. "Would it kill you to lighten up?" She asked desperately. "I'm sure there's plenty of time for you to sulk la-." She stopped mid sentence. "Sorry." She tried to lighten the situation by adding, "Maybe some other apprentices can join us so your not stuck with me the whole time." She said softly, her eyes softening.

Fadepaw stopped dead in his tracks, a shocked and slightly confused look on his face. "I didnt know you could snap like that..." he muttered, then said, with a slightly pained look on his face "sorry"
