I believe Anonymous is Moriarty. (See "The Great Game" blog post, where Sherlock asks Anonymous if he is "still alive, then?" and Anonymous replies that he is.)
theimprobableone is probably just a random fan. Or maybe Anderson. It would be more amusing if it was Anderson...

I think "Anonymous" is Moriarty, because the puzzles given to Sherlock on his blog were given by Anonymous and Anonymous keeps saying "we will one day meet" or something like that. I don't know who theimprobableone is.
Your ideas could be correct too. The improbable one calls the commenters "sheep", something snobby that Moriarty would say, but at the same time s/he seems like just another fan vying for attention (on Sherlock's blog). Anonymous seems like s/he wants to test Sherlock, like Moriarty did throughout the series. Though Irene did too.
I don't know, its late and I should be in bed. Hope this makes sense.

I'm figuring Moriarty for Anonymous but I'm not sure about theimprobableone. I'd like to think Anderson but probably not. Is Lestrade known to have commented?

I don't know. But I know Mrs Hudson was.
I thought I mightve seen him once or twice, not sure.
